Einstök Presents: Skál & Serve! 🍻🍽️ This week, we’re making a Smoked Salmon Dip – the ultimate Viking snack break. It’s creamy, tangy, and pairs perfectly with an ice-cold Einstök White Ale! 🍺
Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon (your favorite kind)
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Cream cheese
- Lemon (just a squeeze)
- Rye crackers or toast
- Einstök White Ale (optional… but highly recommended 😉)
Instructions:
1. Grab your favorite smoked salmon
2. Chop up some fresh dill
3. Shred the salmon into a bowl
4. Add cream cheese, dill, and a squeeze of lemon – then mix it all up
5. Crack open an ice-cold Einstök White Ale
6. Spread the dip on rye crackers or toast
