What are Citra-Cryo Hops?

Citra-cryo hops undergo a cryogenic process in which whole leaf hops are separated into concentrated lupulin to preserve their essential oils and resin, all at an extremely low temperature. This procedure results in a more potent, hoppy and citrusy taste that completes the flavor. We then use a dry-hopping method with these Citra & Citra-cryo hops to impart the most flavor forward aspects of hops without adding bitterness. This approach combined with pure Icelandic glacier water results in a dry-hopped Lager like nothing you’ve ever experienced.
